We are facing an issue in Axpert 11.3 Web Release 12 where the expenseamount field is not calculating correctly. The expense formula (normal) field is derived from the fillgrid, and we are using the eval function for calculations in the expenseamount field.
The trace file indicates that the CIF amount is incorrectly set to 0 instead of 400 in this case. Attached are the screenshots and trace files for your reference.
As discussed in yesterday’s meeting, the issues appear to be related to dependencies. We discovered a problem with the parent bound field while reviewing the execution trace. Please enable the execution trace and investigate this issue on your end.
We have also provided workarounds for some of the issues—please review these and provide your feedback. Additionally, could you share the URL as requested? Since you noted that the functionality was working in the previous version, please provide the trace logs for both version 9.x and version 11 for comparison.
