An issue encountered with the GetCostRate() function within the Expression field on our web instance. The function is not readily available in the Expression field. While our product team has mentioned that users can manually add this function, it appears that even after manual addition, it does not function as intended.

Product version:11.2 release 35

The reported issue is currently being addressed by the product team. Can expect the fix as part of the upcoming release.
