Issue with Incomplete Dropdown Data in Axpert 11.3.1

We are experiencing this issue in Axpert 11.3.1. The dropdown data does not display all entries when searching from the list; it only shows a limited number initially. We need to refresh and search again to retrieve all the data. This problem occurs for both screens and report parameters. I’ve attached a screenshot for your reference. Please advise us on how to resolve this issue.
