The workflow conditions are not appearing in the developer.
Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log in to the application.
2. Navigate to the Admin Console.
3. Click on Workflow.
4. Select Leave Application.
5. Observe that the workflow conditions are not displaying in the developer.
