Issue Summary:
- Rapid XL (Excel) Export is not functioning on my PC. Despite using Office 2019 License Version with all updates installed, the problem persists. Planning to reinstall Office 2019 to troubleshoot.
- Content Exported via Excel/HTML and Converted into Excel is not searchable across files. Our observation indicates a discrepancy in file encoding.
Observations:
- In Axpert Version 10.9, the Encoding of Exported File HTML is “UTF-8,” while XLSX is “ISO-8859-1,” causing content un-searchability.
- In Axpert Version 10.8, both Exported File HTML and XLSX had the same encoding "ISO-8859-1," ensuring content searchability.
