[Solved] Issues with Print Dialog, Save As Task, and List View Error in Axpert Web 9.6

**Axpert Web 9.6**

1. The "Print" icon in reports does not open the printer dialog, and the same issue occurs with the "Save As" task. Please see attached screenshot 1.

2. Clicking the "List View" button now results in a "Server Error in '/AxpertWeb' Application." This error is new, as list view functionality previously worked correctly. Please refer to attached screenshot 2.

Could you please enable the session state in IIS and verify?

The list view issue is new and appeared after your last attempt to address the problem. Please visit the server to investigate and resolve it, as we are unfamiliar with the solution. Your team previously handled this issue.

Please go to IIS, select your application, navigate to the session state settings, set it to "In Progress," clear the cache, restart IIS, and then provide an update.

The issue was resolved after modifying the IIS settings.

However, the following problems persist in Axpert Web 9.6:

1. The printer dialog does not open when clicking the "Print" icon in reports.
2. The same issue occurs with the "Save As" task.

We are awaiting your solution for these ongoing issues.
