Please restart IIS and clear the Redis cache. If the issue persists, kindly review the trace file for further investigation.
Attached is the trace file related to the logout error for your reference. When a new user logs in for the first time, they are prompted to reset their password. After saving the new password, the system requests a login. However, upon entering the username and password, a Security Alert appears, indicating that the previous session will be closed. Please see the screenshot below for additional details.
I’ve attached the web.config file. Please place this file in the E:\Axpert113\Axpert Web\AxpertWeb folder. Afterward, clear the Redis cache and check if the logout issue persists.
Note: Be sure to back up the current file and, if possible, the entire folder before replacing it.
We have followed the instructions and completed the steps as directed. However, the logout issue persists. Please assist in resolving this matter.
