Experiencing an error upon logging into the web application, while the desktop version functions without issues. The error message "user login password is invalid," despite using the same login credentials for both the Axpert web and desktop applications.

Based on the login trace, there appears to be an Oracle connection problem. Please verify that the db username is correct.

Database: ebtest
Username: ebprodtest
Login Error: ORA-01017: invalid username/password; logon denied
Result: <error><msg>Please try later...
