Issue: When a parent report is opened, and the user exits the pop-up window, the parent report fails to refresh automatically during runtime, despite the "refresh parent on close" option being enabled by the user. I have attached a trace file for your reference, providing further details on this issue.

The concern has been resolved in latest patch fixed in Axpert Web 11.2.1.0_release37. For further clarification, refer to the release notes.
