After receiving a new password via email using the "Forgot Password" option, upon logging in with the new password, the change password screen will prompt. On this screen, ensure the password meets the following criteria:
1. Click on 'Forgot Password' and enter your username and email address.
2. You will receive the new password in your email.
3. Log in to the application using the new password.
4. The change password screen will open.
5. Ensure the new password meets the criteria: "1 uppercase letter, 1 lowercase letter, 2 numeric characters, and 2 special characters.
