Issue with the QR Code camera functionality. Upon the initial opening, the camera works as expected. However, upon closing and reopening the camera, it fails to open properly and displays an error: "NotReadableError: Could not start video source."

The concern has been resolved in Axpert Web 11.2.1.0_release17. For further clarification, refer to the release notes.
