[Solved] Request for Assistance: Persistent Error Despite Latest Patches

We're encountering a problem with cloning a transaction. Despite following your request to update to the latest patches in our last meeting, the same error persists. Could you assist us in resolving this issue?

We will need a trace file to investigate this issue. Please ensure that you have installed the latest DLLs and restarted IIS via the command prompt.

The reported issue is currently being addressed by the product team. Can expect the fix as part of the upcoming release.

You can download the patch for Axpert Web 11.3.1.0_release13 using the following link: Axpert Web 11.3.1.0_release13 Patch

1. Ensure the provided structures are applied alongside this patch.
2. Update to this patch only after Axpert Web 11.3.1.0_release12.

Release Notes: The clone option is not working in the web version. When attempting to clone a transaction, an error message appears: "Clone not completed due to Access violation at address 0000003526366 in module ASBScript.dll. Read of address 0000000010."

Included in this patch:

ASBScripts: ASBScript, ASBAction, and ASBTstruct.
ARMScripts: ASBScriptRest and ASBPegRest.
