Are you able to connect with the new password in Toad? I hope you have removed the .pwd file from the Axpert folder.

Yes, I am able to connect with the new password in Toad. And yes, I have removed the .pwd file from the Axpert folder. Could you please provide your advice on this? Is there an alternative process for upgrading without connecting to the executable?

Based on my understanding, upgrading without connecting to the executable is not possible.

So, you can now log into the Axpert exe, but you’re encountering an error while trying to upgrade from Axpert Manager, correct? Are you using the same password as in the exe? Additionally, could you confirm the versions you are attempting to upgrade from and to—specifically, is it from 8.6 to 8.9? Were you previously able to connect to this schema, or is it a new one? I suspect the issue might be related to the schema password.

Yes, this dump was imported for renewal purposes. It features a new schema, and the old schemas in the same database are also not functioning. I have established the Axpert connection successfully. However, while attempting to upgrade using the 8.9 Axpert Manager exe, I encountered a connection error. Please find the attached images for your reference.
