Request for Assistance with Caching Issues in Axpert Web 11.3

We are facing significant caching issues in Axpert Web 11.3. For instance, the attached screenshot shows discrepancies where the admin’s data is correct, but the user’s data is not, which could lead to incorrect data being saved and potential future problems. While clearing the cache resolves the issue temporarily, we experience similar problems across multiple screens. The system sometimes displays data correctly, but at other times, updates to master data are not reflected unless the cache is cleared. We are unable to replicate the exact scenario causing these errors. Could you please advise on how to manage or disable caching to prevent these issues?
