Please provide guidance on enabling SMS notifications to specified mobile numbers from Axpert.

Ensure the SMS connection ID is available and insert the record into the AxSMS table.

Please provide instructions on how to integrate with the SMS service provider and share the documentation for Axpert 10.9.

Axpert does not include built-in SMS configuration and requires setup external to the platform.

To enable SMS notifications:

  • You must acquire a gateway.
  • You need to develop a service application to manage the queue and process SMS.

The "axsms" table can be utilized to queue messages for various use cases and trigger SMS via the service application.
