Would like to address a couple of concerns regarding our quality control (QC) approval processes.
- Cancellation Before Approval:
In the Spot QC-Approval, Final QC Inspection, and QC-Product QC screens, observed that transactions are not permitted to be canceled before they are approved. It's crucial for our workflow that cancellation is allowed at this stage.
- Notification Delay in QC Approvals:
For both Production QC and Final QC Inspection, noticed a significant delay in notification display after approval. This delay impacts our operational efficiency, and seek a resolution to ensure timely notifications.
