The issue has been discussed with the Mobile Team and Mr. Nathesh, who has reviewed the situation. As advised, we need to raise a ticket to address the following problems:

Axpert does not open on older versions of Google Chrome.
On the latest version of Google Chrome, PDF files fail to download.

The reported issue is currently being addressed by the product team. Can expect the fix as part of the upcoming release.
