In the web application, the grid import option is not available, while it is accessible in the desktop version. Please refer to the attached screenshot and enable the grid import option in the web application

Please be aware that the 'Import Excel' option is available in version 11 but not in version 10.9. Future requests for this feature will be addressed only in the latest version
