We need the ExecuteAPI function in Axpert 9.7. Please include the ExecuteAPI function from the 10.x versions.
Note: Below are the version details used. We have obtained certification from the Government for Version 9.7, so we cannot upgrade to the 10.x version.

The reported issue is currently being addressed by the product team. Can expect the fix as part of the upcoming release.
