We have encountered an issue where the Sales Unit field is populated based on the Mineral Name. However, the Conversion Factor field, which relies on the Sales Unit as a parameter in its query, is not refreshing as expected, leading to errors in our project. Please note that this issue is occurring in Axpert 11.3 Web (Patch 12). The same functionality works correctly in previous web versions and in Axpert Desktop.
