The loading problem arises when a single record with 547 grid rows takes over 7 minutes to load on the web, whereas it takes only 1.15 minutes on the desktop. Notably, this record opens faster in version 9.x compared to version 10.9.

By default, the browser waits for 90 seconds to fetch data from the server, after which it times out. The definition to be tweaked to eliminate grid for such use cases and its a known limitation when converting from desktop to web.

The customer has been using Axpert 9.6 Web for the past year and upgraded to version 10.9 in May 2024. However, they encountered an issue with a BOM entered on April 23, 2024, consisting of 547 lines, which caused no problems with opening and saving in the previous version but arises in 10.9.

Are there any issues with loading 500+ rows in the 9.x Web version? If not, we can compare traces from both versions and seek assistance from the product team. However, we suspect that even in 9.x, it may not load properly. This is a recognized limitation that requires a different approach for resolution.
