An issue regarding the display of trigger alert messages in our application.
Currently, when the condition is true, the expected error message generated by the trigger is not appearing in the application. Instead, another message is being displayed. Attached, please find the log file for your reference. The trigger alert message is clearly visible in the trace.
As per the product team comments, the database trigger exceptions cannot be caught on the front end. The necessary functionality must be addressed on the definition side, utilizing tools such as gen-map, md-map, SQL post, etc., in accordance with business requirements.
