Upon reopening a saved transaction, the image component appears empty, despite the image being saved in the database. Also, if the user reopens the screen and saves the transaction without filling in the Image field, the uploaded images are erased from the database.

The reported issue is currently being addressed by the product team. Can expect the fix as part of the upcoming release.
