[Solved] User Login Issue After Deactivation in Axpert Manager

Even after setting a user's status to inactive (active: false), they can still export or import data in both Axpert Manager versions 10.9 and 11.2. The expectation is that once a user is marked as inactive, they should not be able to log in to Axpert Manager.

As per the product team comments, validate user based on active/inactive status.

Changes made: Added check for 'active' column before validation
