In the new screen version (11.3), the recently created button is not highlighted and only becomes visible when the cursor is placed over it. This differs from version 11.1, where the button was always highlighted and visible. This change in behavior could impact user experience and visibility.

The reported issue is currently being addressed by the product team. Can expect the fix as part of the upcoming release.
