Issue: We have noticed a variation in widget publishing behavior between PostgreSQL and Oracle databases in the 10.9 web environment. Specifically, in PostgreSQL, when a widget is published, it generates a distinct Homepage folder dedicated to that widget. Consequently, the widgets are exclusively visible within their respective folders. In the Oracle database, widgets are correctly displayed within the default home folder itself.
How we can ensure consistent widget visibility behavior between PostgreSQL and Oracle databases in the 10.9 web environment?
