An issue encountered with the Sales Order Booking Screen is that upon saving the definition, the backend companyID remains unchanged. Any corrections made in the online order Struct and subsequently saved result in all ID values becoming zero or null. This issue persists specifically after applying the latest release 6 patch, particularly on certain screens when users attempt to make changes and save the form, causing the values to be automatically changed to NULL or zero. Have tried with release 7 on our end, and it appears to be functioning well. Please find the below attachment for your reference.
