Issue where screens are failing to refresh after data submission in forms, and new buttons are unresponsive. This issue is widespread across many screens. Please refer to the attached document for more details.

The concern has been resolved in Axpert Web 11.3.1.0_release8. For further clarification, refer to the release notes.
