As previously mentioned, occasionally experiencing logout issues due to the gcmscript pool stopping. Yesterday evening, an "No license for build option" error appeared during Axpert login. In response, restarted the ALM service and reset the IIS, which resolved the issue temporarily.

This problem significantly disrupts the department's daily process. Please address this matter urgently. Additionally, the node service for the dashboard has started, but the dashboard remains invisible.

Could you please specify which license you are using and share it for review? Also, verify if the node service is running by using the command: forever list

If the script pool is stopped, verify the application it is associated with. An issue may arise if a single pool is pointing to multiple applications. Please check this in IIS.

During the call, it was confirmed that the Node service is functioning properly, but further debugging is needed to identify where it's getting stuck. Please refer to the screenshot below.

As we discussed during our call yesterday, we need a dump of the axliccontrol table to analyze the license-related issue. Please request the datacenter team to assist with sharing it.

For example:
expdp schema/password@servicename tables=axliccontrol

@Mohan - Your assistance is needed to troubleshoot the issue with the dashboard not working. The Node service has been verified and is running properly, and we can see the API calls in the Node console. We need to investigate the code to determine the cause.
