I am reopening a closed ticket regarding the enabling of the developer option in Web. We require your assistance to activate this feature. Screenshot 1 is example is taken from the Trends Web Version. When we click on the Developer Option, we see the following screen: However we encounter the error shown in the attached below, which is why we are requesting that you enable the Developer Option. Please note that we have tried using the default Admin user, but the issue persists. I have attached the trace files for your reference, as you requested. The database in use is MSSQL.
