We are experiencing issues importing CSV files using the "import data" option in the UAT application, although it works fine in other applications. Could you please assist us with this? I've attached the screenshot for your reference.

Have you tested this with the admin user or another account? Please check if the user has the import option enabled in the axusers table. Additionally, note that this screen is not the default; it should appear as shown.
